Exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging with the original invoice.

Products may be exchanged for another fragrance of the same or higher value by paying the price difference. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Information

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not applicable to Discovery Box and 5ml Discovery size purchases.
  • Delaab reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any return, refund, or exchange.
