Return & Refund

At Delaab, every order includes a complimentary 3ml tester so you can experience the fragrance before opening your full-size bottle. We recommend trying the tester first. If the fragrance isn't the right fit, you may return or exchange your unopened bottle under the following terms.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 20 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The 50ml or 100ml bottle must be unopened, unused, and untampered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice must be included.


Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the return status.

Refund

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and will be issued within 5 to 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
